The Hocking College Nature Center is the place for families or classrooms to explore the natural world in our state-of-the-art environment.
Our hands-on, interactive walk-through displays are a captivating experience from the youngest learners to environmental science professionals.
You'll learn about Ohio wildlife, geology, plant life and more. You'll interact with our resident fish, reptiles and mammals and can learn while taking a stroll through our garden of native plants.
OPEN 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Members of the community can now rent bicycles from the Nature Center during business hours. We have two types of adult bikes available to rent.
Nature lovers are also encouraged to pick up a Birding Ohio's Bikeways Guide from the Nature Center before heading into the bike path. This guide will help you identify some of the birds along the Hockhocking Adena Trail.
